Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga, also known as the “yoga of awareness,” is a transformative style of yoga which offers the student a chance to go within and access his or her own true potential. It uses the ancient technology of Kriyas to increase energy and strength, enhance glandular and emotional balance, and increase mental clarity and intuition.
A Kriya is a set of exercises with a specific focus utilizing asanas, pranayama, mantra and meditation to create a desired effect. With regular practice, one becomes more open and receptive to their own power and beauty that lies within, while simultaneously increasing their ability to respond to their outer surrounding (aka: life) with steadfastness, compassion, and grace.
