Chakra Flow Yoga

Chakra Flow is an invigorating class combining the awareness and power of Kundalini Yoga with the movement and grace of Vinyassa to open and balance the chakras.   Chakra in Sanskrit means “wheel” and its these wheels, or spining vortexes, along the path of the spine that have a direct impact on our physical body as well as our consciousness.

There are 7 main chakras in the body with the 8th being recognized as our aura, or energy field, that surrounds the body,   Each chakra, or hubs of energy,   is associated with a particular color, element, area of the physical body, and inner state.  Students are encouraged to spend 1 month on each chakra allowing one to experience this particular energy in all areas of their life while working to strengthen, heal, and balance any areas of need.  Learn more about the chakras »
